your not to fat to pole dance! I have no clue what to put it under cause I just started this thing but your not to fat and good job on losing 3 pounds ! I think thats your tracker thingy it might be mine lol I'm still learning how to use this haha

the only thing I can think of for toning is maybe yoga? but the main reason I am replying to this is its freaky My starting weight was 213 and my goal is 135 I'm down 14 pounds but congratulations !!!! :D I'm happy for you!!
