do you think that you should be able to do the first level all the way though without any problems before moving to the next level? Saturday i will be on day 10 i am still doing mostly the modified versions of the routine, so i am wondering if i should move on or stay longer on the first part
so i have been looking at my sugar intake. mfp says i can have 35 grams of sugar a day which is about 3 tablespoons. looking at the last 30 days there isnt one day that i wasnt way over that goal...it's been most of the time over 50 g. so basically i can have 3 and i have 6 or 7. on the other hand i have done really well…
