First training class. Super sore
Hi there Just did my first group training class yesterday. Im def not in shape. I am so sore today, having hard time just moving around, walking, squating, putting on shoes. Im stretching and using foam roller. Should i do the training class tmw or should i just walk till i recover and feel better?

Fitbit flex and pushing stroller
Was just at zoo for 4 hours. Should have gotten at least 10k. I read about it. it's because my hand are on stroller not swinging. Where do moms wear there flex when pushing stroller. Bra or pants pocket? This going to be my main excersise to loose lbs walking with stroller. Thx
