Do the HRM show how many calories you've burned in net or gross calories? I have a Galaxy S III and the HRM that sync to that phone are about $60+. I'd prefer not to spend that amount if I'm going to have to convert to net calories burned anyway.
I've seen several posts where you're supposed to eat between your BMR and TDEE to lose weight. I've also seen to eat your TDEE - 20%. My BMR is 1808 and my TDEE is 2163.
