Mis-reading the Nutritional Label?
If a boxed dinner says 130 calories "as prepared" does that include items it says to add (like beef or chicken)? Think Hamburger Helper. Box say 130 but MFP listed anywhere from 282 to 320. This makes me wonder if I've been counting things wrong all along? :-) I'd like hearing your thoughts on this. Thanks!

Which is better - 2% milk or soy milk?
I'm wondering if I should give up 2% milk for something soy based in order to save calories? I belive the soy milks may have more protein also. They cost more than a gallon of milk, but I don't drink much milk anymore - usually just on cereal. What's your opinion?
