Quinoa Anyone?
I just started incorporating quinoa into my diet this week. Does anyone else eat it on a regular, and if so how has it helped, if any at all.

I had a good week with a loss of 3.2 lbs...total of 21.1 for the challenge

This week I'm down 2.4 pounds...yup it was a very good week. Down 17.9 for challenge

Well I stayed the same this week....hope everyone else was good. Well, I good because there was no gain:smile:

I lost 1.6 lbs ths week.....total for challenge is 14 lbs....YAY

I lost 2.2 pounds this week.....down 12.3 for this challenge

I lost -1.8 pounds this week.:smile:

I was getting down on myself
I had my weigh in this morning and I was getting down on myself because I only lost .6 of a pound, but then I had to pull myself together and be happy about the loss, because in the end it's still a loss regardless of how small. So yup I'm celebrating this loss because it's helping to reach my goal.
