"If everyday was like today" problem
After I log and I get the message, "if everyday was like today, you would weigh", but it is only 4 lbs lower than what I am now. So how can I only lose 4 lbs in 5 weeks??? In that case, I will be on a diet for the rest of my life, LOL. Is that feature broke? I really hope so : (

Should I update my weight daily?
Hi I weight myself every morning, and every night. It keeps me grounded, and I just need to, lol. I did my weight update yesterday, Friday on here, so do I update it as I lose, or just once a week? Thanks : )

Getting water in
Hi, Any suggestions on how to get my water in without actually thinking about it? I don't like water, but at night I force myself to drink at least 2 giant cups so it probably equals to about 3 bottles. Have trouble getting any in during the day. I just don't like it! Any suggestions please?
