  • Artificial sugars make you crave more I think. Try and eat healthy. Veggies, fruits, lean meats. Try not to use a lot of creams, pasta, or bread products.   • I am 5'1, I am now 152. Goal is 110. Every single little pound shows up because we are short. I hate it, i feel much more comfortable at around 110-115.
