HI I'm Ken, 50+, have lost 50 lbs since Feb 2010 (220 - l70 lbs). Was using an Iphone App to track my diet, and it wasn't working for me, so I am trying myfitnesspal's app. Seems to work much better, plus it tracks potassium, Iron, and some vitamins/minerals. I became slightly anemic not eating enough, exercising too much…
