confused .....which do I follow...my TDEE which is 2573 or MFP (exercise included) 1718 and it says my Basil Metabolic Rate is 1660...what do these numbers mean? LOL

Exercise for lower abs...
Had hysterectomy several years ago and in the process they also did exploratory surgery so was cut more then for a normal hyster...so needless to say from losing weight my lower "stomach roll" needs toning and tightening. so does anyone have any great exercises that will help? I also have bad back so can't lay flat on back…

and nothing....I have been under calories everyday and most days due to exercising under 1000...I eat 1200 but once I log exercise it drops ,,,so what am I doing wrong? I do good making it to 1200.

It seems when I was just watching my carbs I lost weight..now that I am watching everything I am stuck....any ideas how to get out of rut and start losing again?
