What did you eat while doing the 30 day shred? Did you have to follow Jillians plan? Im now starting the video and just want to have great results like all of you. :) thanks for reading.

Hi, Ive been doing my normal exercise routine everyday but get bored easily..so I want to know your weight loss success and what gym routine works for you. Im trying to lose twenty pounds and have already lost 6 but I would just really like some more tips and help.

Exercise in the morning or afternoon?
Hi, just wondering.. Does it matter what time of day you workout? People tell me that working out in the morning is better for you than working out in the afternoon but I just dont really know if thats true. I just want to know what works for you. Oh and should you eat before or after a workout?
