Advice on eating exercise calories.
Sometime I want to eat them .... very badly .... but feel guilty if I do. I am losing, but as everyone knows, we always want to lose faster. Any advice, tips, hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

#1. For those of you seeing success, do you combine the shred with other workouts or just do the shred? If so, what else would you recommend. #2. 30 day shred calorie count?
I have just joined MFP. What are people calculatuing for their calories burned for the 30 day shred workouts? I have been calling it 20 minutes of circuit training. Thanks for the help.
