Net Calories Makes we Want to Eat More!
I do not like the net calories thing. I feel like I will end up eating more if I think of it that way. The point is to eat a certain amount of calories so your body doesn't think its starving and then burn them off with excercise. Not eat more food because your net calories are low..... Well that is my rant. Anyone else…

I heart Turbokick
Anyone here do Turbokick? I love this class so much and it kicks your butt in a good way. You will feel worked out and great! I go 2-3 times per week at my gym and I never feel forced to go, I always look forward to it

Zig Zag Method
Has anybody here tried the zig zag method for weight loss? I am currently on a plan that I started yesterday that involves this. You eat 5 meals per day about 3 hours a part. For the 1st 3 days, I eat low calories (1300) and the 1 day high calories (1900). Then repeat. It seems to be big in the weight lifting world but…
