Any women in the group doing modified push ups on their knees? I started out doing them that way, but now feel like I'm too strong to get anything out of them, but still too weak to do standard push ups well. X3 Do-over?
Now that I'm starting my transition week before going in to Block 3, I'm starting to wonder what I'm going to do next. I'm intrigued by the 21-Day Fix, but I'm also half thinking about doing another round of X3 - maybe Lean this time? is anyone else planning on starting over as soon as they finish? Is it a bad idea?

Pre-Workout Meal?
Apologies if we've already talked about this (I feel like we have, but I couldn't find it), but for those of you who work out in the mornings, do you eat before? What do you eat? Block 2 Week 2 Fail
So since my twins decided to go on sleep strike this week, I've missed Days 3, 4, and 5 workouts. I know tony says when you miss a workout or two you should pick up where you left off, but I think I'm just going to start Week 2 from scratch tomorrow. What do you guys do when you miss a bunch of days? Or am I the only one?

Block 1 Progress
Tell me if this makes sense. So at the end of Block 1, I've lost 2.4lbs, reduced my body fat by 2%, but have lost no inches at all. Is that possible? It doesn't seem possible to me. What do you guys think?

Which Schedule?
Which schedule is everyone doing? Classic? I started classic last week but thinking about my goals I think maybe I should have done Lean instead. I'm considering starting over on the lean schedule today.
