Happy Thoughts
Us gals are so hard on ourselves... I can wake up in the morning and look an the mirror and rattle off a list of the things about my body that I hate. All the while completely ignoring the fact that I weight 15 pounds less than I did this time last year. I forget I'm now a whole pant size smaller and my "skinny" clothes…

Do-Over
I tripped... or more like fell... right off my diet today. There were cookies, and wine, and a shot, and cheese, and a bite here and a bite there... AHHHGGG! :noway:

The Greatest Discovery in the World!
( at least by our standards  ) So for the past 4 months we've been doing Fit Pal in our house, we've banned pasta. A measly 2 oz. is 180 calories! (The lightest we could find). I ask because I fear I have fallen into this whole every few days I eat 1,000+ calories over my daily allowance and needless to say I'm not losing any weight. I guess I just kind of need to…

WTF? You input is appriciated!
So, I started MFP about two weeks ago and i love it! Can say enough good things. I started MFP about 6 weeks into a new running program and the help of visually seeing my progress is wonderful! What I'm having trouble with is that I can see and feel a difference in my body's strength, shape and fitness level, but I see no…
