I've had the APP on my iphone since may, I started at 215 and have reached 192, probably 190 as of today. Running daily, weight training and eating healthy...the first month sucked, hungry tired from the exercise, but now i feel great, tons of energy, i can run distances and look a lot better...Time for some new clothes…
