T25 Vs 21 Day Videos
Hi all, So I've just gotten serious about watching what I eat and would like to add exercise to the mix. I have access to both T25 and 21 Day fix videos and would like to know which would show visible results in the quickest amount of time. At this point of time any motivation would be great. Thanks.

Recipe buider and serving sizes
I have saved a few recipes in my recipe box here on mfp. And the recipes all have different serving size , I would preferably like to save the serving size in grams. How can I do that ? Is there a way to do that on mfp if not any other site that would do that for me ?
