Weight loss &!another poop question...sorry
I know this is a gross topic but I need to know! I weighed my self this morning and recorded my new weight. This after noon I had a really good bm and was down almost 2 lbs making my weight loss 25 lbs. Does this count? Can I record this as my new weight?

Over did it?
I have been feeling really good since I started my health journey.
