Varicose veins

Just wondering if any of you have found varicose veins you did realize you had before the weight loss, or ones that have gotten worse?

I have varicose veins from a DVT. I wouldn't say they're worse, but maybe more noticeable to the touch. It's hard to say. Before I lost weight I never wore shorts, and now I like to show off my legs more, even with the veins showing. So I do notice them more, but that could just be because I don't cover them up anymore. Either way, adding in exercise has helped me grain muscle and increase my circulation, so I think my legs look healthier despite any veins showing.0

I've never had vericose veins, but I've read that Vitamin K can help with those who have them.
I'd just check with your doctor before taking a supplement. And there's lots of vitamin K in your dark, leafy greens like spinach and kale in case you wanted to take a natural approach.0
