Waking up Starving...
Hi Everyone! My friend and I go to a 7pm Cardio/Strength class 2-4 days a week so basically I eat a light dinner by 8:30-9pm. Some examples would be a 3-6oz peice of protein and vegtable but now I find myself waking up at 2am Starving! I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on what will keep me full all night but…
