Do anyone know of a quality energy vitamin that isn't loaded with caffinee or will give me the shakes? I am finding that I need a little something extra than my daily vitamin? I would prefer something natural if possible.
I am not sure how to document Plyometrics in the database. I do not have a heart moniter, so I am not really sure how many calories I am burning. I have been documenting it under the regular Aerobics, but then noticed the jump. Any suggestions??
