Recently, I saw this new book on a show, I am not someone whom has ever tried a diet. However, do to the extreme weight loss and return of energy the dieters lost in two week, it has stayed on my mind! Have you tried it?

My back is an ache!!!!
I have been leg stretching to loosen muscles, after a half an hour of stretching, my lower back is TIGHT! So much so, that I cannot stand. Quitting is not an option. Does anyone have any easy and useful exercises for the lower back that yield good results?

How do you do it?
Today, I will have 18 grams of fiber. I read that for a woman my age 30 grams is the goal. My chart says 43! HOW?
