I'm getting ready to start this 2 week liver detox program with my bff (support for each other) recommended by our chiropractor/nutritionist. Has anyone done this before? I'd like to hear about your experience.
Are there any dietitians or nutritionists in this group? I would like an idea of what a good balance of carb/fat/sugar is and total daily calories. I am type 2, high blood pressure, high cholesterol.
