Just started using my Body Media... up my cals immediately?
It reads higher than I thought- 2500 calories burned on an average day... I've been eating 13-1400 per day and not losing. I want to lose 8-10 lbs... should I gradually increase? Anyone used the Body Media or Body Bugg before and had good results? Thanks! Chris
