Anyone following The Miracle Carb Diet?

I just came across this book and it sounds very similar to the way I used to eat- and can't get back on the wagon!

Just looking for some feedback or success stories! I have 10 lbs to lose.

The diet is basically protein and fiber from veggies and "high fiber crackers".... not sure what "high fiber crackers" are!

    just started today and will keep you posted with the results. I feel really good right now after totally filling breakfast and lunch. Typically this is the time of day I start to drag and it hasn't happened yet. :smile: Took me a little while to track down some good crackers for stage 1 but I got them and am happy with them. Also went back and picked up some shirataki noodles which I love as a pasta substitute!
