Friend Request
I'm back after a long hiatus and gaining all I lost plus more. So I am starting again. I used to easily swim 4k as a regular workout but am struggling getting back in the pool. Life is busy. But others do it so it is not impossible. Looking for some new swimmer friends - just seeing your exercise posts might jumpstart me!

Swimmer/Mom to Aspergers Son/Second Time Round...
Last time I lost fifty lbs, but gained sixty. Hey, that scale went the wrong way! So I'm back to set it straight. What do they say - fall down seven times, get up eight? Well Im gonna do just that. I've dusted myself off and am ready to go. New friends would be great - I am there to encourage and motivate.

Gympact App - has anyone used it?
It apparently pays you real money for going to the gym, and charges you for skipping out. It is now available for Android (has only been available for iOS until now) and I'm thinking of trying it. An overview and a few good questions raised in the lifehacker article below...…

Just getting updates on what others are doing (especially in the form of exercise) in my news feed will help. I'm a 50 year old female living in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area).
