I have already began to lose weight by just eating special K products. I love the taste and it really makes me feel full.:bigsmile:

I just got diagnosed with I.C which is Interstitial Cystitis
As I was diagnosed with this I also was told that I have to totaly change my diet and lifestyle. I am already on a diet plan but now I have to stop drinking and eatin anything with acid in it. I am trying to make a list of foods that do not have any form of acids so if anyone can please help me I would appreciate it.

Special K Diet...
I was looking around for some help with what foods to eat and I came across specialkdiet and it looks pretty good. It doesnt seem to be exspensive at all. Just thought I would pass it along to all of you. I will be starting this plan at the first of the week.
