I have already began to lose weight by just eating special K products. I love the taste and it really makes me feel full.:bigsmile:

    The cereal doesn't stick with me, but I do like the Italian tomato and herb crackers! Yummers!

    I love it too its so yum, i have it for breakfast every morning, but I sometimes crave a bowl at lunch loool:laugh:

    I just started drinking the Special K Protein Shakes (milk chocolate) and they are so good....not to mention super filling.

    oh yeah special k is the best :love: i eat a bowl for breakfast and usually for lunch....the shakes and bars are so good too....have yet to try the crackers but i want to.....mmmmm just talking about it makes me want a bowl lol
