Muscle Milk
Hey everyone! So I recently purchased some muscle milk and i put it, along with some fruit, in the blender. But it just did not taste good. Does anyone have any good ideas of a type of fruit or something to put in the muscle milk (vanilla) to make it taste any better? THanks in advance for any suggestions. :smile:

OK... so i joined this website to maintain my weight and make sure i am eating healthy. MFP gives me 2,560 calories a day in order to maintain my weight. but i can only seem to eat about 1,300 calories at most a day. is 2,560 alot? or am i crazy. if you have an answer please leave them on whether or not i should try to eat…

as far as calories....
so i have a question.... is it bad to eat a negative amount of calories? for example: if i eat 1,400 calories in a day but then i work off 1,500 calories, which technically means i had -100 calories. i'm wanting to know if that is hurting my body or slowing down my metabolism. yet i feel that if i eat more i will be…

Bicycling
I decided I am going to try and ride my bike everyday. if anyone else rides their bike as a main form of exercise.... how long would you recommend bicycling each day? thanks :happy:
