Hello. I also joined MFP to try and gain weight. I think this site is really really helpful. I also try to eat six to seven meals a day. It may not sound hard to other people, but I think trying to gain weight can be difficult especially when you're working out. I generally eat 2,500 calories a day when I do nothing. On…

I think it's because I have really broad shoulders from swimming. But I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with this problem. THat just shows that people are meant to be…

Hey  I am also trying to gain some muscle weight. I find it helps to drink a protein shake after every workout or sometimes at least just once a day. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich before bed each night couldn't hurt either. Try getting in as much protein and carbs as you can and really work on strength…

mine is 2,170 in order to maintain my weight. and the recommended amount for weight loss is 1,200. i think 900 is quite low unless you're shorter than 5 feet... hope that helps!

another great trick for "tummy troubles" is to drink a 1/4 cup of aloe vera juice every day. it doesnt taste terrible and it really cleans out your insides. and its SUPER LOW on calories!
