Is this what you look like?

I'm sure we would all agree that how we view ourselves and how we view others are seen through two completely different sets of eyes....or at least SOME of us do
Here's a really cool chart that a friend sent me a while ago of what different weights "look" like. People have submitted their pictures of their height and weight (and there were likely some people that fibbed, but nonetheless it's a starting point for comparison).
To me, having a visualization of something I'm trying to acheive will help me reach it quicker. That's why I find before and after pictures SO MOTIVATING!!! Does anyone know if there is a recent thread with before and after pics?
Anyway, here is the link for the chart...just thought I'd pass it along....I found it interesting.

Yeah I think some people were lying a little bit. Then again everyone carries their weight differently. I certainly cannot see changes from what I was to what I am now. But I can in others.

Almost everyone who is 5'3 are big fat liers. That is NOT what 105lbs looks like on anybody.
Very neat though! I wish some scientific organization would do this for real. Weigh everyone and put them in a bathing suit. THEN we could really tell. :devil:0 -

Yeah, that's why I said I think some of them "fibbed"
But some look pretty accurate....at least it's a starting point for comparison.
I totally agree that a more accurate and scientific approach should be taken.0 -

I'm so glad someone posted this on MFP - I had found the link ages ago and then lost the bookmark! It's a great visual for knowing what your goal looks like.0
