It's on my left leg, upper inside-ish part of my calf. There's only pain when I run and sometimes walk. I think it's from not stretching/ stretching too far? Not sure. :ohwell: It's been this way for a couple days or so.

It's a pretty dull pain so I'm wondering if I should rest until it's all better or if I should just keep running since it's not that much of a bother.

maybe try stretching it some more before you run. and icing it might help ease the pain. but if it really hurts even after you rest... you should probably see a doctor. i hope it's nothing major and you feel better soon! :flowerforyou:

I think what you're having may be similar to what I was having trouble with.
    Although maybe not.
Google posterior shin splints, see if that helps.

Ice and rest are recommended either way.

Soak in a warm bath this should help ease it. Make sure that before you start your running you warm up and stretch so you don't pull the muscle anymore than you have.
