Has anyone found them? Or a good recipe for them? I used to make a ravioli stuffed with turkey and cranberry with them, and I really would love to find a gluten free way to make these again!

Introduction - just diagnosed
Hi there, I am not new to MFP, but was just diagnosed with MS last week. Early last week I lost a lot of clarity of vision in my right eye, with eye pain. After a trip to the retinal specialist, I was diagnosed with Optic Neuritis. I was then sent to get an MRI by my primary. That showed two lesions. (My primary has been…

Is anyone familiar with this website? I am considering a coach to take my workouts to the next level. My next goal is to be in a figure competition. Ok... I am going to give a 5am workout a try. I don't normally eat first thing in the morning. Usually it is a couple glasses of water and my vitamins... then coffee a little later at work. Sometimes a greek yogurt. I am thinking I will need to eat something pre-workout. I know I am not going to want to prepare…

This is actually as a parent I am asking.... My 17 year old son has a 1 rep max of 420lb squat.... But his weights and conditioning teacher doesn't make them do any dead lifts or back exercises,. They are graded on the squat and the bench press. His back has really been bothering him, and we started talking about how much…

Lexipro and weight loss
I was recently prescribed Lexipro for anxiety, and I am worried that I will start to gain weight. Although, I am pleased to say that right now, I don't want to eat much on it. I am just worried that once my body adjusts, I will start to gain. Does anyone else have any experience with Lexipro? Does it help or hinder? I…

So those of you who rise early and get your workouts in.... please give me some words of encouragement,…
