BMR??
I just checked my BMR...and it says I should take in 1660 calories a day. I already have a hard time eating 1200, I am not sure which I should follow. I have lost weight doing the 1200 and I know that works but I want to do what is accurate. Does anyone have any advice for me?

Help me!!
Of course MFP says I need to eat 1200 calories a day, but if I go and calculate it other places it says anything from 1700-1900 calories a day. I am not sure what is right, I have lost some weight and do lose some will power. But I have noticed I will get the urge to eat something bad and then I quickly change my mind or…

Tired of boring lunches!
So I sit at a desk all day, and most of the time I go home for lunch which turns out to work good for me. But I get tired of that, so I need some suggestions as to where and what I can eat for lunch with out getting bored. That seems to be my problem, try to push through urges that come up! HELP!! :smile:
