The beginning...
Ok, just joined EMWL group and upped my calorie goal by 600 calories a day. Scary? yes, but I totally get the logic behind it and I am willing to go for it. Since I have been eating pretty clean, I feel pretty confident about upping my calories... wish me luck. LOL
