I'm going on my third year of using it. I really wish it was a nicer wearable item. For first long while I wore mine on my are as instructed. Recently I have moved it to the inside of my bra band on the left side. It really doesn't seem to effect the accuracy. Does everyone where their's on the arm? Edited to add: Don't…

5/1 - 3.2 miles 5/10 - 1.8 miles 5/11 - 1.4 miles 5/13 - 5.4 miles 11.8 miles walked, 38.2 to go Wow, 38 miles to go... that still seems far. :/

For purposes of this challenge, I am only counting the walking I do specifically for exercise. You could count all of your miles, but you might want to up it from 50 to something a bit more challenging. lol

I have an android phone and I use Endomondo... and I love it. It tracks while you walk, maps it and keeps track. Oh... and there is a free version! ~S

Hi, I'm Sheryl. I married my soul-mate when I was 40 and we had our son when I was 42. I wouldn't do a thing differently. But, wow, has life changed. Trying to get and stay healthy for me, my husband and my now, 6 (soon to be 7) year old son. Thanks Mel for creating this group. ~S

You are giving you a complex. They are jealous and need to say those things so they can eat their unhealthy lunch without guilt. Please don't make this about you. Good luck! ~S

This is why I weigh myself everyday. I only record it here once a week. I record my weight in a spreadsheet and that way I have been able to figure out how my body reacts to things, like working out, eating different foods, etc. Also, muscles retain water while they are healing after a workout. For me it's important to…

Since vanilla bean chiller is already in the database, I am assuming you want to add multiple items for a recipe. If you want to add multiple items and make a "recipe" you can also do that under the Food tab. Under the Food tab there is a "recipe" tab. You can add things under here to determine calories per serving. For…

Did you figure this out yet? You can just try to enter a few foods in MFP and in a few minutes you will see calories in the Calories Consumed area in the Activity Manager on BodyMedia's site. When you open the calories consumed area you will see the breakdown of calories by meal and by calorie type (ie: carb, fat,…

Mine just brings over the calories and micronutriants. It justs lists it as "Myfitnesspal". I can't seem to post a pic for you, sorry. I can't edit the food over in BM, btw.

Thanks for the info! I was thrilled when I read about the linking... but then confused when I saw my "BodyMedia Calorie Adjustment". Your description was very clear, thank you!
-
I just enter the calories as a total to the BodyMedia sight. You still get the same info and it takes about 5 seconds to add calories only. I don't think I could log food anywhere but here since the database is so extensive. Love my BodyMedia! ~S

Can I ask what you eat instead of fruit?

Belvita breakfast biscuits work wonderfully for me. I like the oat and the chocolate ones. I can grab and go, with a cup of coffee. They keep me pretty satisfied.

I know this is an old topic... but: I agree with this. Especially this:
