May 2013 Fitness Challenge

5/1 2 miles

5/3 0 have a cold
5/4 3 mile run, circuit training
5/5 0 rest, still have a cold, heavy housework
5/6 .5 mile, sad but true. full day of work then shopping, no time....
5/7 3.5 mile jog (training for weekend 5k) and circuit training (30 mins) scale moved about two pounds since yesterday, go figure.
5/8 nada, STILL sick
5/9 3 mile run at a 10 minute mile pace.
5/10 0 rest day, stretching and body work only. 5K tomorrow.
5/11 4 miles, Warm up distance AND hilly 5K done in 29:09 minutes, at a 9:22 pace... My May goal completed, sinus congestion and all. I got a Medal!!
5/12 0 rest day, still sick, blessed rain fell and temp dropped, nice for us
