5/4 3 mile run, circuit training
5/5 0 rest, still have a cold, heavy housework
5/6 .5 mile, sad but true. full day of work then shopping, no time....
5/7 3.5 mile jog (training for weekend 5k) and circuit training (30 mins) scale moved about two pounds since yesterday, go figure.0 -

Thanks for the suggestions. I have not been getting enough sleep lately. I am averaging around 5 - 5.5 hours a night.:yawn: I definitely need to drink more water. I have not tried a hot bath ... maybe tonight.0 -

5/11 4 miles, Warm up distance AND hilly 5K done in 29:09 minutes, at a 9:22 pace... My May goal completed, sinus congestion and all. I got a Medal!!0 -
