I most likely will not get a chance to to get out again until Tuesday. The kiddos have a four day weekend and it's rainy.0 -
5/11 4 miles, Warm up distance AND hilly 5K done in 29:09 minutes, at a 9:22 pace... My May goal completed, sinus congestion and all. I got a Medal!!
Mid month total= 20 miles
5/16 0 distance Ond hour intergrated strength training
5/17 4.75 miles for 90 minutes, about 18 mile pace (talking)
5/18 0 rest day
5/19 0 Zumba, 80 minutes
5/20 2 miles, lunch walk
5/21 0 Rainy
5/22 0
5/23 3.25 miles running 400yd intervals/6 mile an hour pace. *training for a 5K on June 22nd, also starting bodyweight workout program
5/24 Rest day, might take a walk weather permittig.0 -

I really want to try and walk a 5k. I don't know why I won't try it. I guess I'm just chicken. :noway: I tried C25K a little over a year ago. I was not ready for running yet. I hope to get there one day soon. Thanks for your vote of confidence.0 -

**Okay sounds lame but I'm not gonna make the 50, I'm down still 20 miles. I could throw my excuses up here but I won't. I would have liked to complete and still I'm happy with my overall activity this month.0
