    5/1 2 miles
    5/2 0
    5/3 0 have a cold
    5/4 3 mile run, circuit training
    5/5 0 rest, still have a cold, heavy housework
    5/6 .5 mile, sad but true. full day of work then shopping, no time....
    5/7 3.5 mile jog (training for weekend 5k) and circuit training (30 mins) scale moved about two pounds since yesterday, go figure.

    The scale is so strange. Glad you're feeling better!

    I didn't think I'd be able to get any miles done because of the weather. It was only a little drizzling so I decided to go out anyway.. And then the sun came out! Yay.

    I walked 2.1 miles today. I have to catch up. I am about 4 miles away from where I want to be in this challenge. Sweat, sweat, sweat!

    Hope your energy level improves. Stretch and hydrate! Hot bath may help. Oh yeah, and sleep, get some decent sleep.

    Thanks! Double it, huh? Hmmm...I was hoping for at least 60 miles, not sure about 100. I'll keep going after 60 and see how far I can go!

    Thanks for the suggestions. I have not been getting enough sleep lately. I am averaging around 5 - 5.5 hours a night.:yawn: I definitely need to drink more water. I have not tried a hot bath ... maybe tonight.
