Artificial Sweetener
Do you use this? How often? Thoughts on how controversial it is? Do you think it's doing harm to your body? I have at least 2-3 packets of Equal/Stevia per day, in my Black coffee or Tea. Is this a habit I need to break? Also, with dinner I often have Coke Zero/Sprite Zero - is this another bad habit I need to get out of?

Just started Month 2 and got sick...
Hey all, So I had just come through Recovery Week and had completed Day 1 of Month 2. That very night I started throwing up and ended up bed ridden for the next 6 days. BMR
Hey guys, So I have just heard about BMR (not BMI), I calculated mine and it says my daily intake should be about 132 more calories than I currently consume. Does anyone else know about this?
