Carb:Fat:Protein Percentage
As of now, MFP has me on a diet plan that consist of 55% Carbs : 30% Fat : and 15% Protein.... In order to lose 1-2lbs per week. I've lost 8-9lbs already but for some reason, I compared this to other people and it seems like mine is more than theirs. Is this correct?

Is Shrimp Lo Mein Bad?
Okay....So I have been working out 5 days a week running 3.5 miles per night for 45mins....I am craving shrimp lo mein - would this be a bad idea?
