Go for it! It looks like you've been doing enough roadwork to indulge. Enjoy!0

I agree with Sox, if you work hard then treat yourself, it's not about denial it's being responsible. So if you need to work out 10 extra mins its' okay. That shrimp lo mein is worth it. LOL0

No it is has lots of good things. Only bad thing is sodium. Just drink lots of water after. Enjoy!!!!0

Thank you guys! I really need a better lifestyle. Also, my cousin does not exercise as much but she drinks alot of water and even eat more healthier than I do,.. but she is craving it also, and she still has 8xx-9xx calories to go and the shrimp lo mein only has 5xx-6xx is this a good idea.0

As other's have said, just balance the bad qualities of food with good. If it's fatty, make sure you work it off. If it's salty, make sure to balance it with water.
Treat yourself, but keep it as a treat .0 -
:flowerforyou: When you're not certain if you want to have a certain type of dish you can always look it up before preparing or ordering it and decide "do I really want to eat this?". It's a good idea to become educated so that you make good decisions not just now but for the rest of your life. Then enjoy it if you decide to eat it0

Unless you make it yourself or stick to a ridiculous serving size like 1 cup, it has much too many calories on account of the noodles and is extremely high in fat.0

It sounds as if you have been working hard, and keeping a relatively healthy lifestyle, and this is, in the end, a lifestyle change, which should still, imo, allow for occasional meals out, takeouts or treats, so I agree with what everyone else has said, go ahead. One meal is not going to impact your progress, I doubt.0

Eat it. Enjoy it. Savor it. Just don't eat 5 pounds of it.0
