As of now, MFP has me on a diet plan that consist of 55% Carbs : 30% Fat : and 15% Protein.... In order to lose 1-2lbs per week.
I've lost 8-9lbs already but for some reason, I compared this to other people and it seems like mine is more than theirs.
Is this correct?

Lot of people tend to lower their carbs and increase their protein and fat. I have my carbs at 50, protein at 20 and fat at 30 at the moment, though I have also tried having my carbs on 45, protein on 25 and fat on 30. I have yet to know which is the ideal arrangement for myself, but have found I do not do well on low carbs due to the exercise I do.

Okay, since I run 3.5 miles/night for about 30-40mins or until I reach 500-550 burned calories, should I just leave everything as is?
