p90x folks do you follow the p90x nutrition plan?
To everyone that is doing p90x do you follow their nutrition plan and do everything it states on their worksheets? or do you just do the exercises based on their calendar and just use MFP? Have done both? maybe at first used MFP and now doing their nutrition plan Any input would be appreciated.
