How do you log 1/2 portions?
I'd like to be able to log 1/2 portions, especially when I go to a restaurant. The calories are easy enough to log, but is there a way to log in fat, carbs, fiber and sodium also?

Commit to walking 5 days a week?
Because of back and neck problems I am limited to walking right now. I'd like to have others to check in with to keep me motivated to walk at least 5 days a week. First week was a success
I joined MFP exactly one week ago today and according to the scale I have lost 2 lbs! The calorie counting and being able to track it has made it so much easier. Thanks to my friend (she knows who she is) for givng me the scoop on MFP! :smile:
