I need some suggestions for foods/snacks with high protein and fiber. I have a busy lifestyle so I need ideas for foods that require little to no prep.

    Nonfat greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder and fresh fruit. That's protein and fiber all in one :)

    For breakfast/lunch I like to microwave a scrambled egg with some spinach and tomato (about 1min), throw a slice of pepper jack cheese on it and nuke another 20 secs, then slice it up onto a high fiber wrap. Also, I love Greek yogurt and the protein Luna bars.

    I love it with chobani vanilla and a scoop of chocolate protein--it tastes so good, it's like it's bad for you haha. And talk about filling? OMG I am full for HOURS after that one

    Sounds great! I have a problem with getting hungry so I'm looking for foods that are more filling.
