Why did my allowable calories go down?
I just updated my goals. Meaning, I didn't change anything except my current weight and it lowered my calorie intake by 80 calories. I assume it has something to do with the fact that the less you weight the less calories you need. But I would like to know for sure. Anyone know?

Is there such a thing as low calorie pasta????
My family and I love pasta, but it seems like they are all high calorie. I don't want to spend 1/2 an hour studying all the different pasta brands in the aisle at the grocery store. Does anyone know of a brand that is lower calorie?

Which do I believe
I just got a HRM today. I did a 30 min pilates workout. On MFP it says I burn 117 calories. On the monitor is says I burned 316. Does that seem high? I'm not sure which one to believe. Any suggestions. The HRM is a Timex with a chest strap.

To eat or not to eat?
I have seen this topic on here several times, but with no definitive answer, just lots of opinions. So I want some scientifically backed reasons. Is it recommended that you eat breakfast before exercising in the morning or to wait until after you are done? I only exercise in the mornings on the weekends or when I don't…
