I HAVE BEEN WATCHING WHAT I EAT ,SUCH AS I DONT EAT ALOT OF SWEETS OR DRINK SODA AND I EXERCISE ABOUT TWICE A WEEK WHICH I PROBALBE SHOULD BE DOING MORE OF.
