I am hungry AS **** at 1200 cal/day
I really want the last few pounds to budge. I run and do weights…but this 1200 calories per day is making me into a cranky- insomniac *****. Any suggestions on how to make 1200 a bit less PTSD inducing? (I know to drink water BTW…thanks LOL)

…But sue me. The Exorcist stairs make for a great work out. And if you go around 8am you get to see the cute old guy that climbs them faithfully every morning, bless his heart! My bf's personal trainer tortures him on those on a weekly basis- so you may get to see that too…just don't tell him who sent you, mwahahahaha!!!
